State School U14 7-a-side Hockey Festival

Due to clashes of dates this event has had to be postponed.

As part of England Hockey’s initiative to develop hockey at grass roots level Gloucestershire Hockey Association intend to host an U14 7-a-side hockey festival open to girls and boys from all State Schools within the county. The Festival will be ideal for hockey players who have a limited amount of experience and are of a recreational standard. It is not for players who have performed highly at existing county festivals.

The aim of the festival is to:

  • Provide a fun competition
  • Offer players the chance to represent their school in a friendly competition
  • Give players a chance to be part of a team and enjoy the social element
