Festival arrangements and COVID-19

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TEAMS TO COMPLY WITH ALL CORONAVIRUS RULES.
Gloucestershire Hockey Association COVID-19 Advice
Additionally, the festival venues have provided the following coronavirus-related documents.
- Bournside School - There will be a clear clear one way system. See the documents below.
- Cheltenham Ladies College - There is a site plan, but no one way systems in operation so entry to pitches will have to be as indicated in the guidance, similarly the toilets. If team numbers are too low for both pitches to be in operation we will use the lower “Green” pitch. I know this is not such a nice surface, but there is far more hard surface space close by for teams to stay socially distanced whilst not playing. Unfortunately also further from the toilets in the sports centre.
- Dean Close - I only have a risk assessment so you will need to rely upon the guidance document. Again if the number of teams is too low for both pitches to be in operation then we will use the pitch nearest the road, this does not need watering. Toilets will most likely be in the changing rooms. If I get any updates to this I will let you know provided it is before Friday lunchtime.
