Hockey Coaching Support to Schools

As part of our role to support the growth of hockey at all levels in the county, Gloucestershire Hockey Association introduced a programme of coaching support to schools in season 2020 – 2021. This is aimed at those schools that do not have an established programme of coaching and development and would welcome help in developing hockey at their school. The offering is for a senior coach to run 3 sessions of hockey coaching at your school aimed at improving the skills of potential hockey players and to provide mentoring for school teachers or potential coaches to improve their ability to deliver an effective programme of hockey development. This will be funded by Gloucestershire HA with the school only having to provide the playing facility. If you are interested please download and complete the application form.
